What Galo does

Galo is an AI-powered marketing platform published by Teaser Software. It analyzes your brand’s public website, generates ads and content, publishes them on the accounts you connect (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X), reads statistics, and can manage paid ads when you ask.

By creating an account or using Galo, you accept these terms. If you act for a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it. Galo is meant for professionals who are of legal age.

Your account

Give an email address you can access and accurate information. Keep your credentials confidential and report any suspicious access to hello@trygalo.app. You are responsible for what happens from your account.

The social networks you connect

You connect your accounts through the authorization dialog of the network concerned, and you choose what Galo may use. You can remove this access at any time, in Galo or in the network’s settings. The steps are on the Data Deletion page (/en/data-deletion).

You remain responsible for your accounts. You must follow each network’s rules (terms, advertising policies, community standards). A network may limit, suspend or close an account or an access: Galo has no control over its decisions.

Galo publishes what you approved, or what you allowed it to publish automatically. You choose the approval mode and can change it at any time.

Paid ads

Money paid to the networks to run your ads is billed by those networks, on your ad account. It is separate from your Galo subscription. Galo never commits an ad budget beyond the cap you set.

AI-generated content

Galo generates content with AI models. It can contain errors. Review every piece before you publish it, especially claims about your product.

You decide to publish: you are responsible for what appears on your accounts and in your ads. That includes labeling content as AI-generated when the law or the network requires it. Galo does not add that label for you.

Galo does not add a brand mark or a label to your visuals and videos either.

Your materials and your creations

You must hold the rights to the texts, images, logos and trademarks you provide. Galo processes them only to provide the service.

The creations generated for you are yours, to the extent the law and the licenses of the models and third-party elements allow. Galo does not guarantee exclusivity over a generated element. We do not present your brand as a customer reference without your consent.

Niche learning

To advise each brand better, Galo uses the results of all brands in the same niche, aggregated and anonymized. One brand’s content and figures are never shown to another. By using Galo, you agree that your results go into these aggregates. You can object by writing to hello@trygalo.app: your results are then no longer included in future aggregates. The details are in the Privacy Policy (/en/privacy-policy).

Prohibited uses

Do not use Galo to impersonate someone, deceive people, publish fake reviews or testimonials, infringe a third party’s rights, access an account that is not yours, get around a network’s rules or disrupt the service.

Results and availability

Galo does not guarantee a number of views, customers or sales, or that a network will approve your ads. We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Support requests go through hello@trygalo.app.

Subscription and payment

Price, credits, payment and refunds are set by the sales terms (currently published in French only, at /conditions-vente). They apply in addition to these terms of use.

Closing and suspension

You can close your account at any time from its settings. Your data is then erased as described on the Data Deletion page.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you by email. In case of serious abuse or risk to third parties, suspension can be immediate. You can contest the decision by writing to hello@trygalo.app.

Liability

Galo is provided to the extent the law permits. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost sales or customers, or for the decisions of a social network. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or the rights the law gives you.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by French law. If you act as a consumer, you keep the protection that the mandatory rules of your country give you. For any dispute, write to us first at hello@trygalo.app: we look for a solution before any proceedings.

We may change these terms. We tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before a significant change. If you keep using Galo after that date, the new version applies; otherwise, you can close your account.
